Birthday Present Help?
Posted on June 2nd, 2010 10 commentsjacob s asked:
Okay, so my birthday is on July 28th, next Tuesday.I am getting a present from my mother, but that’s what my question is… What should I get? I have my possibilities narrowed down to two choices.
My first choice is getting a PSP 3000. Don’t tell me to wait for the PSP Go, because I don’t want to only be able to download games, I’d rather have a physical copy of it. I would be getting the PSP 3000 Rock Band Unplugged Bundle, which is $200.
My second choice is just getting a few games for my birthday. I would get three to five games out of the following: Shadow of the Colossus, Kingdom Hearts 1, Kingdom Hearts 2, Okami (PS2), The Sims (Gamecube), Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil Code Veronica, Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Gamecube), and Legend of Zelda: Collector’s Edition. But, out of those games, I am leaning most toward getting the two Resident Evils, to complete my collection of every Resident Evil game available for Gamecube, and Twilight Princess and the Zelda Collector’s Edition.
I know I’d be getting more money’s worth from the PSP, and would save myself money if I had to buy it myself, but I am still torn between my two choices. So help me out! Also, if you want to suggest any games for the PSP to make me lean toward it more, feel free to do so, along wit suggesting any games for me to check out… But keep in mind, I only have a PS2, a Gamecube, and a Nintendo DS.
Last thing: don’t tell me to “upgrade” and get a newer console, I’m saving that for Christmas, so don’t bother telling me.

it would depend how often you would use your psp, but considerin that you do hav a DS, u can use it for downloading games, but just not psp games, and since i’m completely biased, kingdom hearts I and II are great games, but it’ll also depend if you’ll actually play those games, so think of which one would be more useful for you and which one you would use more

Well, i have read this. In my opinion i would get the games my friend. A PSP seem’s great but get’s quite old, and fast. The games you listed, are games i have enjoyed alot! Shadow of the Colossus man, is a damn good game. Kingdom Heart’s game’s are GREAT! The Sims is fun to. The Zelda game’s are the best thing game wise, to me.
Good luck with your decision man!
Best of luck, there both good thing’s. The other game’s would last you longer, in my say so. -

Get the PSP 3000 with the rockband. But I would highly recommend getting an Xbox 360 Elite with some warranties (because of red rings) and xbox live gold membership with gears of war 2

You should get the games. Getting another system is not always a good thing if you dont like the games that they offer. Just get the games for the systems you already have. It’ll be worth it.
